Residence Centro Vela renovation: new rooms, more light and lake-view apartments

Residence Centro Vela is carrying out an important renovation project that will make its spaces even brighter, more functional and welcoming. The aim is to offer practical, modern and comfortable apartments and rooms for anyone choosing Garda Trentino for an active holiday or a few days of relaxation as a couple or with the family.
While Building B is at the center of the work, Building A remains fully operational and you can already book several types of apartments, with or without lake view.

A makeover focused on natural light and functionality

The renovation of Building B involves systems, furnishings, fixtures and the layout of the spaces. The common thread is light: large sliding windows will bring even more brightness into the interiors, highlighting the lakeside location and the views over Lake Garda.
All units in Building B will be equipped with air conditioning, spaces optimized for privacy and balconies designed to make the most of the views, both towards the lake and towards the mountains.

What you can already book today in Building A

Building A, renovated in 2014, continues to operate and offers three types of accommodation, with a new name:

MARINA SIDE (formerly Comfort View): 11 apartments, sleeping up to 4 guests, with side lake view. They are located above the restaurant, on the west side.
BRIONE COMFORT (formerly Comfort): 6 one-bedroom apartments, sleeping up to 5 guests, on the east side, ideal for families or groups of friends.
TRILOCALE SUPERIOR: one two-bedroom apartment on the third floor, sleeping up to 6 guests, with a separate small study/bedroom.

How Building B will change: more light, more views, more choice

The real transformation concerns Building B, which will be completely renovated. All units will feature:

air conditioning in every room
redesigned interiors to make your stay more comfortable, especially for families

New lake-view apartments: FRONT LAKE

This type of accommodation is designed for guests who want a holiday in Riva del Garda with a true front lake view, without giving up the simplicity of a functional apartment.

15 one-bedroom apartments (5 per floor × 3 floors), sleeping up to 4 guests
large windows with a direct view over Lake Garda
separate washroom area and full bathroom, allowing several people to use the facilities at the same time while maintaining privacy

East side: extension of the BRIONE COMFORT apartments

This is a suitable solution for those looking for extra space and good value for money, in a 3-star lakeside residence.

6 one-bedroom apartments sleeping up to 5 guests (2 per floor)
with these new units, the total number of BRIONE COMFORT apartments becomes 12, combining Building A and Building B

New rooms without kitchenette

Alongside the apartments, Building B will also feature new rooms without kitchenette, an interesting option for guests who prefer a hotel-style stay rather than a traditional self-catering apartment.

They are designed for those looking for a bright, comfortable base, perhaps for a weekend by the lake or for guests who will spend most of the day outdoors enjoying sports and excursions.

FAMILY LAKE VIEW: the new “family suites”

For large families or groups who want to stay close together while still having their own space, the new FAMILY LAKE VIEW units are on the way.

Thanks to a flexible layout, on each floor it will be possible to combine:

one lake-view apartment
one triple room

In this way, 3 large family apartments will be created, each sleeping up to 7 guests and featuring:

Kitchenette
two full bathrooms
Three TVs
Balcony
A truly wide lake view

A flexible and very practical solution for those travelling as a family or in a group and looking for a holiday home with the services of a residence.

Once the work is completed, Building B will offer:

air conditioning in all units (apartments and rooms)
interiors designed to balance privacy and practicality

Work schedule and services available

Building B will remain closed until the end of the renovation, scheduled for April 2026, barring unforeseen construction delays.
The breakfast room will be open from March; during the renovation period, opening times and dates may vary, so we recommend contacting the property before arrival or following our social media channels for updates.

In the meantime, Building A continues to offer fully operational apartments and essential services, with the same warm welcome as always.
