Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and at Residence Centro Vela it’s the ideal time to start savouring your holiday. We offer organic products and a varied buffet, with traditional and international ingredients!
For lovers of tradition, we offer an authentic Italian breakfast, with coffee, cappuccino, pastries and croissants. Those with a sweet tooth who enjoy a continental breakfast will love our selection of jams, honey, nutella, yogurt, cereals, muesli, and fruit juices. If you prefer something savoury, we have cold cuts, scrambled eggs, and cheeses.
If you are gluten intolerant, fear not – we have the perfect solution for you! A menu with a selection of certified “Gluten Free” products to choose from is available on request, in collaboration with the shop IL MONDO SENZA GLUTINE.

We select our products with care – in our buffet, we prioritize organic and km zero ingredients, such as Trento milk and yogurt.
Our beautiful breakfast room is also at your disposal to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or a special event. It’s also possible to use it for a business meeting, with catering service available upon request.
