General Information

Check-in: from 2 to 6 PM, up to midnight with self check-in.

Check-out: from 8 to 10 AM at our Info Point, any time up to 10 AM with self check-out. For arrivals and departures outside these hours, we kindly ask you to contact us to make arrangements.

Pets: we are a Pet-friendly facility. Your furry friends are always welcome, upon prior arrangement. We charge a supplement of € 10.00 per day.

Breakfast: a good morning starts with a tasty breakfast! It is possible to book our buffet breakfast service, served in our Breakfast Room, with a supplement of € 12.00 per person. For children up to 5 years is free, from 7 to 9 years: € 6.00. Breakfast is served on the ground floor of the Residence from 8 to 10 AM. You can request an early breakfast, to be agreed with reception, for a minimum of 5 people.

Packed Lunch: you can book your snack by 4 PM on the previous day. The Packed Lunch includes 2 mini sandwiches of your choice, 1 fruit, 1 snack, 1 bottle of water (or refill of water or isotonic drink). Price: € 6.00 /per person.

Nespresso pods: enjoy the pleasure of coffee! We can provide a Nespresso coffee machine in your apartment with 10 original Nespresso pods, at a cost of € 6.00.

Hypoallergenic and sanitizing treatment with ozoniser To ensure maximum hygiene without resorting to cleaning products, aggressive for humans and harmful to the environment, we use a natural and very effective cleaning method. We have a special machine, the OZONISER, 100% effective against dirt, bacteria, VIRUS, bad smells and mites. The treatment is ideal for people with allergies, and anyone who wants extra “safety”. The cost is € 30.00 / service.

Cot and high chair: we offer cots for our youngest guests, for a fee of € 5.00 per day. High chairs are free of charge.

Cleaning service: For safety reason, nobody will enter your apartment. You can ask for the change of towels (every 2 days) or bed linen (weekly) to our cleaning staff or at the reception. In addition to this, you can always ask for a extra service cleaning: price is €15.00

Laundry service: we offer use of a washing machine at a cost of € 2, also includes detergent, plus free dryer.

Parking: we have an underground garage, free for guests who book directly on our site. For guests who book from third-party websites, there is a supplement of € 10.00 per day. Reservation is not required.

Charging station for electric vehicles: underground parking is always guaranteed for those who travel with electric vehicles! Our charging station is at your disposal… we provide the “fuel”! The cost is 10 euro per night.

Booking conditions

General conditions The apartments are supplied complete with all the amenities included in the description found on the booking/offer form. Specifically, the supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price. Final cleaning is included in the price, with the exception of the kitchenette and cooking equipment – we charge a € 25.00 supplement if it is not left in order.

Cancellation policy In case of cancellation, or changes made up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no cost will be charged. In case of cancellation made after this deadline, or no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged. 

Special conditions

Non Refundable Rate: the full amount can be charged at any time after booking.

No Show: in case of no show, the full amount will be charged.

Early departures: no refund is due to those who decide to terminate their stay earlier than planned. The entire stay will be charged.

Methods of payment: We accept payments with credit cards (Visa / Mastercard), cash up to € 999,99 or bank transfer in advance.
